Custom Print questions

What photo quality do I need for Custom Print?

For sharp results aim for at least 30 pixels per inch at the final size. Our Custom Print tool checks this for you and warns you if a photo is too small for the wall.

Can I print a logo for my office or café?

Yes. Upload a high-resolution PNG or PDF export. For brand colours, mention your colour codes in the order notes and we will match them on the proof.

Do I own the rights to print my photo?

Please only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. We may decline prints of copyrighted images.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are printed within 2 to 3 working days and usually arrive in 5 to 8 working days across India. Shipping is free on every order.
